Job description

We are seeking a senior support engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail oriented individual with a passion of serving customers and solving problems.

You should:

• Have excelent communication skills and be polite and professional by nature.
• Have excellent problem solving skills and be willing to deal with whatever difficulty comes in your way.
• Have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written Greek and English.
• Be comfortable working remotely when asked and have self management skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Linux systems administration.
• Deep understanding of web hosting and domains.
• Experience with web and database server administration.
• Deep understanding of computer networking concepts.

Bonus points for:

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Experience in developing software using PHP & JavaScript.
• Experience with hosting control panels (Plesk, cPanel).
